Today suddenly feel the body so weak... So I decided to take MC after half day of work, can't really bear the tiredness and also the 'heavy head' feel...
After met with the doctor, had my lunch (porridge), then I had my meds and went to bed... Only feel a bit better now...
So tomorrow a big day, hope I'm well by then...
